The heart of Higher Ground Outreach is to spread the message of the all inclusive love of God to humanity. We are living in a world which seems to be full of duality. Separation from God was introduced to the world the moment Adam and Eve began to eat (feed or consume) from the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil. The Bible reveals that God is the same yesterday, today and forever, so the only change possible took place within the mind of man. As it says in Colossians 1:21, "And you, that were sometimes alienated (or separated) and enemies in your MIND by wicked works (unbelief), yet NOW hath he reconciled." Jesus Christ came to reconcile, or re-connect, us back to truth, or the mind of God. Truth is only as it is in the mind of God. Connecting back to truth will make us free!
Too long, many have ignored the Sovereignty of God and limited the greatness of His love towards all. Romans 5:20 says, "While we were yet sinners (missing the mark of our high calling) Christ died for us." In Romans 6:10 it goes on to say, He died once for all. Not that all are aware of this, but that does not change or alter truth (Rom. 3:3-4). When we recognize that God looked at creation and said all He had created was "very good," we begin to understand that a mind of disunion, instead of a mind in oneness with God, must have brought in the concept "it is not good." When man began to think from this position it caused a detour into fear and separation from God. We are on a course of returning home, returning to our true source, God. Seeing all as God sees, through the eyes of love!
Our desire is to be a door to bring light into your life. The revelations God has opened will enable religious, political, ethnic, and cultural walls separating man for thousands of years to begin coming down. In John 17:21-23 Jesus prayed that we would be made perfect through oneness. A realization of being one with God, one with Christ, and one with each other, is destined to forever change our world.
